I. PERSONAL DATA
The administrator of the personal data of the Online Store Customers is: Madapi Sp. z o.o. located at: Aleja Wilanowska 7A/58, 02-765 Warsaw, Tax number: 9512517188, REGON: 388599973, entered in the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, XIV Economic Department of the National Court Register, under KRS number: 0000892502, e-mail: office@nudmuses.com ("Madapi").

- Madapi processes the personal data of Customers in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 ("GDPR").
- The privacy policy applies if you use Madapi services, i.e., you register in the Online Store, buy Madapi products in the Online Store, contact us or sign up for the newsletter, to receive email messages with marketing content from us. The personal data processed by Madapi is obtained directly from Customers, in connection with the use of Madapi services.
- Depending on the services you use, Madapi processes the minimum amount of data necessary to achieve the administrator's purposes.
Madapi uses personal data to provide Clients with Madapi services, manage the account in the Online Store, and handle orders and returns and complaints, process data for accounting and tax purposes, as well as ship the ordered newsletter. The basis for processing data is the processing necessary for the performance of the contract (basis from Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR), and in some cases, the legal basis may also be a specific legal provision, which allows Madapi to process data, in order to perform a legal obligation - e.g., accounting and tax regulations (basis from Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR).
- Madapi sends marketing messages to Customers in the form of a newsletter to the email address provided by the Customer only when the Customer has consented to this. The basis for processing data is the consent of the Customer (basis from Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). The Customer may opt out of receiving the Newsletter at any time. Each marketing message sent by Madapi contains a special link to unsubscribe from the Newsletter. Users who have registered in the Online Store can also unsubscribe from the newsletter by changing the settings on their user account. Withdrawal of consent is also possible by sending an email message to Madapi at: office@nudmuses.com. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of the processing, which was performed on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
- Madapi uses personal data to contact Clients, for example by email, as well as responding to posts on social media directed at Madapi, in order to better perform services, inform about changes, and provide explanations and information. The basis for processing data is Madapi's legitimate interest (basis from Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
- Madapi requires Clients to provide those personal data that are necessary for the execution of the contract - performance of services or execution of orders. If this information is not provided by the Client, Madapi will not be able to perform services or execute orders. If required by law, e.g., tax regulations, Madapi may also require the provision of other necessary data. Apart from the above cases, the provision of personal data by the Client is voluntary.
- Madapi entrusts personal data for processing to service providers who perform specific duties and functions on behalf of Madapi. Madapi provides data to service providers for the purpose of: supporting the Online Store's website, performing services related to direct marketing via email, managing online media channels and social media, executing payments related to orders in the Store, performing data storage services, courier services, accounting services, and legal services for Madapi. Madapi entrusts service providers listed above only with such data that are necessary for the proper performance of services on behalf of or for Madapi. In the case of data transfer, Madapi ensures that the service provider processes data with the observance of security requirements and does not use the data for purposes other than the performance of services for Madapi.
- Madapi does not transfer personal data to entities other than the service providers described in the point above, except in cases where it is necessary due to legal provisions or decisions of authorities, as well as in the case of the need to establish, exercise, or defend Madapi's rights.
- Madapi does not transfer personal data outside the European Union.
- Madapi processes personal data of Clients only for the period necessary for the proper performance of contracts with Clients, i.e., providing services, as well as handling orders and the complaint process, pursuing claims in connection with the performance of the contract, as well as for the period resulting from legal obligations imposed on Madapi by law (e.g., in the field of tax and accounting obligations, according to the relevant regulations for a period of 5 years), only to the necessary extent. For marketing purposes, data are stored for the duration of the contract or until the Client objects to such processing.
- Madapi ensures the application of appropriate technical and organizational data security measures, to ensure an appropriate level of security for the processed personal data.
- Clients have the right to access their personal data, including requesting information about their data or receiving a copy of these data processed by Madapi.
- Clients have the right to correct personal data if the data is incomplete, outdated, or untrue.
- Clients have the right to object to the processing of personal data by Madapi. Marketing objection - The Client has the right to object to the processing of his data for the purpose of direct marketing. Objection due to a special situation - The Client also has the right to object to the processing of his data on the basis of a legitimate interest for purposes other than direct marketing, and also when processing is necessary for Madapi to perform a task carried out in the public interest. In this case, the specific situation that justifies stopping Madapi from processing covered by the objection should be indicated. Madapi will stop processing the Client's data for these purposes unless it demonstrates that the grounds for processing by Madapi are overriding the rights of the Client or that the data is necessary for Madapi to establish, pursue, or defend claims.
- Clients have the right to request the restriction of processing of personal data by Madapi.
- Clients have the right to request the deletion of personal data.
- Clients have the right to request the transfer of personal data to the Client or a designated third party.

- The data obtained by Madapi will not be profiled.
II COOKIES POLICY
- Madapi does not automatically collect any information, except for information contained in cookies, if the Client has consented to this.
- Cookies (so-called “cookies”) are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the End User's device of the Store and are intended for the use of the Store's websites. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, the time of storage on the end device, and a unique number.
- The entity placing cookies on the End User's device of the Store and accessing them is Madapi.
- Cookies are used for the purpose of:
- adapting the content of the Store's websites to the User's preferences and optimizing the use of websites; in particular, these files allow to recognize the Store's User device and properly display the website, tailored to his individual needs;
- creating statistics that help understand how Store Users use websites, which allows improving their structure and content;
- Within the Store, two basic types of cookies are used: “session” (session cookies) and “permanent” (persistent cookies). “Session” cookies are temporary files that are stored on the User's end device until leaving the website or turning off the software (web browser). “Permanent” cookies are stored on the User's end device for the time specified in the cookies parameters or until they are deleted by the User.
- Within the Store, the following types of cookies are used:
- “necessary” cookies, enabling the use of services available within the Store, e.g., authenticating cookies used for services requiring authentication within the Store;
- cookies used to ensure security, for example, used to detect fraud in the field of authentication within the Store;
- “performance” cookies, enabling the collection of information about how the web pages of the Store are used;
- “functional” cookies, enabling “remembering” the settings selected by the User and personalizing the User interface, e.g., in terms of the chosen language or region from which the User comes, font size, website appearance, etc.;
- “advertising” cookies, enabling the delivery of advertising content to Users more tailored to their interests.
- Madapi also uses third-party software for analyzing user behaviors on the Page (in particular Google Analytics). Scripts provided by software providers may use Cookies to identify visitors to the Page and send information about the visitor's IP address, web browser, operating system, and viewed subpages and files to their servers. Data collected in this way are used only for statistical purposes.
- Madapi uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses Cookies to enable the analysis of how users use the Page. The information generated by the Cookies about the Client's use of the Page (including his IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating the Client's use of the Page, compiling reports on page traffic for website operators, and providing other services related to page traffic and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google's behalf. Google will not associate the Client's IP address with any other data held by Google. The Client may refuse the use of Cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on his browser, however please note that if you do this, you may not be able to use the full functionality of this Page. By using this Page, the Client consents to the processing of data about him by Google in the manner and for the purposes set out above.

- In many cases, web browsing software (web browser) by default allows the storage of cookies on the User's end device. Store Users can make changes to cookie settings at any time. These settings can be changed in particular in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the web browser settings or inform about their every placement in the Store User's device. Detailed information on the possibilities and ways of handling cookies are available in the software settings (web browser).
- The Store operator informs that restrictions on the use of cookies may affect some of the functionalities available on the Store's websites.
- Cookies placed on the Store User's end device and used may also be used by advertisers and partners cooperating with the Store operator.
