You can use each mask in these ways:

Day cream/night mask: apply to cleansed skin on face, neck and décolleté, gently massage in. Apply in the morning and/or evening.

Mask: apply a thicker layer to facial skin. Leave on for 5-10 minutes. Massage the remaining amount gently. Use 1-2 times a week.
